GC Pivotal, LLC d/b/a Global Capacity ("Global Capacity") is a wholly owned subsidiary of GTTA and is also certified as a CLEC and toll reseller in Alabama. The Electricity Policy Division performed the regular monthly examination of the books and records of Alabama Power Company and determined the Weighted Return on Average Retail Common Equity was 6.12% for the 12 months ending December 31, 2019.
The Staff’s normal monthly review of the Over and Under Recovery for Alabama Power’s energy costs determined an over-recovery of $20,728,388 for the month.
