Certificate granted under Docket 26559 on September 15, 1998 for the provision of Toll Reseller Telecommunication Service. Certificate granted under Docket U-4968 on May 4, 2010 for the provision of Inmate Calling Service (ICS). Certificate granted under Docket U-5134 for the provision Customer-Owned Coin-Operated Telephone Service. By notice to this Commission dated September 1, 2020, Legacy Long Distance, Inc. d/b/a Legacy Inmate Communication transferred its Alabama customer base to Network Communications International Corp. d/b/a NCIC Inmate Communications. As of December 1, 2020, Legacy Long Distance, Inc. d/b/a Legacy Inmate Communication is no longer providing telecommunications service in the State of Alabama.
